The Tree Story Container Set by Kokili is driven by a desire to connect everyday patterns of living to the simple pleasures of the world around us. Sitting together on a table, the little forest delightfully holds the most commonly used herbs and spices. The set is available in a numbered, limited edition of 10. All sets are signed and given a certificate of authenticity.

Containers are culled from leftover, solid wood off-cuts, with species grouped to reflect particular regions of the world. Tops are made of a lead free cast glass. A cork stopper provides a seal to the container. Trays for the herb containers are available in polished nickel coated brass or solid wood. I seem to have a love for anthropomorphic design. The way that animals can look interesting or awesome with human bodies. The case is handcrafted from solid American walnut and opens to an old-school two-player gaming console complete with panels in satin grey and black and white buttons. I quite enjoy this series of minimal and pop color for architectural structures.  This series was created by Ali Sahba who wanted to take the mimialistic approach with colors and show Hamburg a German city appear in a new and original way.  To see more of his work and other projects check him out on Behance.

These collectible tree ornaments are hand-turned on a lathe and each tree is unique. Designed by Forge Creative. They use off-cuts form a wide variety of woods and turn a them into different shaped trees. This way each one ends up with its own unique character.

They will pick trees at random and If you buy more than one they try to send a mix of different wood types and shapes. Although, you can specify which color wood you would like.
