The Carma Project is a really neat project, sponsored by ad firm Leo Burnett Lisbon. They created a bike with as many reclaimed car parts as possible, watch the video below! They built the bicycle out of scraps from a retired Mercedes hoping that the heavy karma of the car could be re-balanced by riding the same number of kilometers in a greener way: just by cycling.
Google just made an announcement introducing Keep, it's a new and simple note-taking service. The new note-taking service includes the ability to add photos and a color stripe to the header of each task grouping. It also automatically keep everything synced up by storing them on Google Drive, so you can access your notes from anywhere. Give it a try today.
Philips DesignLine TV ($TBA) decided to get rid of the ever-thinning bezel design of TV's and built a frameless sheet of glass. Thanks to this unusual design, it can lean against a wall, stand up, or be hung on the wall, but it still offers features like integrated Wi-Fi, a Full HD LED panel, 3D Max, Ambilight on three sides, and SimplyShare to easily send photos and videos from your iPad and iPhone to your TV. No word yet on a US release.
What a sweet looking little renovated NYC apartment. This 240-square-foot shoebox with sleeping loft was designed by Brooklyn architect Tim Seggerman, who renovated this Upper West Side brownstone studio into what it is today. His solution was to insert what he calls a “crafted jewel box” into the undersize space, creating an enveloping cabin of blond woods. “It’s basically a piece of woodwork,” says Seggerman. “I’m very proud of that.” There are cabinets of cypress and bamboo; a gently chamfered ash-and-beech staircase; flooring of quartered white oak; a desk of red birch slats that slips out into the living space... And a nook creates a cubby-like library to crawl into.
The Connor wood bikes ($4, 500) elegantly form and function into a ride-able work of art. The design embodies simple, pure fun in the most unique way possible on two wheels. Enjoy the unbelievably smooth ride and the distinct look that only an individually crafted, hand sculpted wood bicycle provides. Find out more information by visiting there website.
Designers Maxim Mezentsev & Aleksander Suhih have created such a useful keyboard concept. The E-Inkey Keyboard helps you remember shortcuts for all of your applications. The keyboard keys would show custom buttons for each program that you use (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc). So how many designer would love something like this!

Trees Like You is a lot like its title, the leafy and fleshy stuff of our very existence – you need it in your lives. Also check out his EP Everything is Everything on TCL. So hit play and enjoy and spread the word of The Bear and The Sea.
Want to have more control over your devices without using camera-based gestures? The Myo Gesture Control Armband ($150) is a new innovative input device that communicates with your PC, Mac, Phone, Tablet over Bluetooth 4.0 and uses proprietary muscle sensors as well as a 6-axis motion sensor to track your movements. The muscle sensors are advanced enough that it can detect changes in gestures down to the each finger, and because your muscles pick up the signal to move before they actually do, you may see it respond before you even move. How crazy would that be?
Emily Shaw a California based designer did a great job for her 4th year design course of re-branding the timeless photography company Kodak. Her concept was to focus on the pro side instead of the masses and she was able to give Kodak a fresh, clean, and minimal design. I think she did a great job on keeping the focus but giving it a new look. Kodak should be hitting her up for her design. View more of this project on Behance
