Tycho has just dropped a new single track "Easy" and it's name gives you just that. An easy feeling.

Scott Hansen also known as Tycho had to say: "Easy is about coming to terms with my past and defining a clear vision moving forward. It's a comforting voice that reminds you not to get so lost in the work but to take it easy and enjoy the ride. Easy is the bridge to the future." This is a great way to think when listening to this track.  It starts out slow and then hits you with nostalgic feels of Tycho with a chilling vocal, which is a great edition to this track. Looking forward to Tycho's new album, which should be dropping soon. (TBA).  In the meantime, enjoy the track and the official video below.

Ikea and Sonos have designed a table lamp and WiFi Speaker in an invisible like design. The  Ikea x Sonos Symfonisk Table Lamp ($179)  helps eliminate clutter, while offering sound quality similar to that of the Sonos One. In addition, two of them can be paired together as a stereo pair or used as surround speakers with a Sonos Beam, Playbar, or Playbase, creating a near-hidden home theater sound system. It arrives, alongside the bookshelf model, due to come out in August 2019.

Gone are the days of buying a new gaming console every few years. With Google's Stadia platform, the data center is your console. It provides near-instant streaming of games at 60 frames-per-second in up to 4K HDR quality across laptops, desktops, phones, tablets, and TVs with a minimum of 25mbps connections. While it works with existing controllers, a special Stadia controller will offer a direct WiFi connection to the cloud for easier screen-to-screen transitions, a dedicated streaming button. Just one of the many ways the service will tie into YouTube and give a dedicated Google Assistant button with special help options specifically for Stadia games. Arriving later this year, with further details, including pricing, expected this summer.

Dawid Planeta a concept artist and illustrator has created "The Minipeople" series of mini people finding large animals and statues in the wild. This is a great concept and beautifully eerie but mysterious at the same time.  Check out the whole series here.

Having a bell on your handlebars is more important than you realize. Made in the good old USA, each Spurcycle Bell ($59) is trimmed and hand brushed using brass and stainless steel with a black DLC (diamond-like coating) finish. It also blends simply with your bike, making it almost invisible until you need it. Once needed, it's super loud, with a convincing tone that rings three times longer than other bells, announcing your presence to motorists or pedestrians on your route and ride safely.

Since it seems that companies are coming out with folded phones lets take a look at this one. The Huawei Mate X, which keeps its screens on the exterior of the phone. The result is a logical design that lets both 6.6-inch "sides" of the screen function when folded, yet serve as an 8-inch tablet when unfurled. It also promises high-speed 5G wireless connectivity, excellent image chops thanks to the Leica-engineered camera, and plenty of battery life thanks to a purpose-designed 4500 mAh cell. The cost, however, is up to $2,600 compared to the Samsung Fold which is $2,000.

It has a 4.6-inch AMOLED front display for normal use and a hidden hinge that opens for access to the 7.3-inch Dynamic AMOLED Infinity Flex display for when you want to watch a video, multitask (app continuity), or just view your content on a larger screen. Six cameras with three on the back, one on the front, and two on the inside — allows you to snap photos from any angle, and a 7nm Octa-Core processor, 12GB of RAM, 512GB of storage, two batteries, and an available 5G modem ensure nothing slows you down. Coming April 26 with a whopping price tag of $1,980.

This right here would look great in anyone's home who is looking for a great hi-fi system that has a look to match a high-quality sound. Panasonic has over a decade of experience making mirrorless cameras, so it's no surprise that the S1 & S1R are the company's first to use full-frame sensors. The S1 is well-rounded, with advanced video capabilities and a 24MP sensor. The S1R is built for those who need maximum resolution and is based around a 47MP sensor with a 187MP "High Res" sensor-shift mode. The Alternative Limb Project founded by Sophie Oliveira Barata creates unique prosthetic arms and legs that become a form of self-expression. The modern artificial limbs were designed to look like beautiful works of art empowered by the wearer and inspire positive dialogue about the human body.

Now this is a monitor that I would make room for! Stretching 49 inches across, the LG 49WL95 UltraWide Monitor (TBA)  is ideal for those who spend their days shuffling multiple windows. It has a resolution of 5120 x 1440 — the equivalent of two 27-inch QHD screens stuck together — and a PPI of 108, making text crisp and photographs pop. Seems that turntables are making a come back in 2019 and this one adds a needed feature. The brand new Alva TT ($1,700) is the first turntable in the world to offer aptX HD Bluetooth so you can stream your vinyl to any compatible device within range. The Alva TT is built with a medium-torque Direct Drive system for consistent speeds and pitch-perfect audio reproduction. It also has a built-in phono stage, a single-piece tone-arm, and a high output MC cartridge that comes pre-installed. It will be coming soon! Debuted in concept form at the 2018 CES, LG's roll-up TV is a real product. Called the R9, it has a 65-inch OLED display that rolls up into a stylish metal box, which also houses a 100W Dolby Atmos audio system hidden behind Kvadrat fabric. While the entire screen can hide away inside the enclosure, the Line View mode leaves a quarter of it visible for tasks like music playback. Powered by the α9 Gen 2 processor with deep learning AI, it supports Dolby Vision with automatic picture adjustment, has Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa built-in, and will also support Apple AirPlay 2 and HomeKit when it arrives in stores later this year.

Look what Technics is adding to the new standard turntable to the iconic SL-1200 line. Built around a coreless direct drive motor to eliminate "cogging," the MK7 ($1,200) is even more stable than the SL-1200's that helped it earn its legendary status. The new turntable also adds some subtle but new features including the ability to play in reverse and new motor electronics that give DJs improved scratching options. The new MK7 has an all-black matte chassis and tonearm that are both made from a mix of fiberglass and aluminum to reduce vibrations and skipping - a huge bonus for club environments. It becomes available in May.

Everything seems to be smart these days from speakers, switches, plugs and more.  So why not ceiling fans? A ceiling fan might not be the first thing you think of when it comes to the smart home, but there are perks to an automated fan. Adding voice controls, schedules and even IFTTT recipes to a ceiling fan creates a more convenient smart home and a more comfortable living environment.



The Bond($100) device is the flagship product for its parent company, Olibra. The Bond smartens ceiling fans by acquiring the signal from the device's original infrared (IR) or radio frequency (RF)

The Bond works with Amazon Alexa devices and Google so you can ask your voice assistant of choice to control your ceiling fan. The Bond app is available for iOS and Android devices, but the Bond itself doesn't work with HomeKit or Siri. In the future, they're looking to make it work for Windows AC's, Garage Doors and Motorized shades.
