Beach cruisers to me are not that beautiful or elegant in design that they usually are not that impressive to me. However, this
Almond x Linus Summer Bike ($1,300) is another story. It gives the term "beach cruiser" some real meaning. This bike was developed in collaboration with
Almond Surfboards and
Linus Bikes to produce the ideal combination of surfing and biking. They chose to use Linus' Roadster Classic model, which combines a single speed coaster break with a more commute-friendly frame, and it features a handmade cherry wood crate and leather top tube covers, as well as a board rack from
Block Surf and your choice of Almond's Sandia Fish, Pogie Fish, Kookumber, Quadkumber, or Sea Kitten shortboard. Not a bad deal at all.

Google last week quietly joined the travel category with the launch of
Google Flight Search, a web-based tool that lets you find and book flights with ease. The best part of this new tool is the minimal design of the site. This user friendly version is great because it provides all the info you need without all the clutter. Everything on the site is easy to navigate while still being clean in the design. A classic has been brought back and that is the
Polaroid SX-70. It was the very first folding SLR and the first camera to take integral instant film, only made up until 1977. This limited edition Polaroid SX-70 isn't a modern remake of the classic, it is the classic, restored so it works just as well as it did back in the early 70's.
In being that it's a classic and it's a limited edition be prepared to pay $300 bucks for this baby. Currently, the site
Photojojo is already out of stock but it looks like they will be shipping more in mid October. In the mean time you can just use
Instragram, but its got nothing on this camera.
A Japanese artist
Akinobu Izumi created these
miniature paper sculptures and puts them into miniature bottles. Each bottle is only 0.9 inch long and 0.5 inch high. These professional architectural models are done with skill and free time.
I would assume it takes some free time to create these small sculptures. If your interested you can purchase them over at
Akinobu Etsy store for around $23 - $44 dollars.

Australia-based artist
Ghostpatrol has created these interesting pencil set illustrations with the use of many pencils. He has transformed the pencil from tools to a canvas in a playful art that combines sculpture with illustration. Neatly lining up wooden pencils whose cores have been shaven down to
form a blank surface for twee portraits of young'uns and frolicking
woodland creatures, his collection evokes innocence and
childhood nostalgia in both form and content. You can see the entire series of over 60 illustrations
