Reducing the turntable to its most basic elements and its beautifully designed. The Miniot Wheel Turntable cleverly hides its components behind the record itself. An electronically-stabilized belt drive spins the heavy aluminum platter at a perfect 33.3 rpm, while the outer ring secures the record and eliminates resonance. The tonearm, modified AT95E cartridge, drive, amp, and electronics sit in a vibration-isolated block inside a cavity in the platter, and it's all controlled by the center stick. A wood base in walnut, cherry, or mahogany gives the minimal design an added bit of finish. You can check out more about this turntable on Kickstarter.

Nowadays we have so many options and devices connected to our TV. No one has found a convenient way to manage them all. The Caavo Streaming TV Box ($399) claims to have the solution. Caavo doesn't run apps, and has no logins they've managed to support nearly anything you might plug in. As a result, it can let you search for shows on your cable or satellite box, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Xbox, and more, all from a single intuitive interface, and without the need to jump between HDMI inputs on your TV. The Caavo has 8 HDMI connections and has a voice activated feature on the remote. It also works with Amazon's Alexa and Google Home will be coming soon. It comes in 4 different colors. See video below for me information.
The PlayStation 4 is way more than just a game console, with an array of streaming apps and a Bluray player. Its a great addition to any home theater setup. Although, it still looks just like a plain old console. The Toast Wooden Playstation 4 Cover ($59) can spruce it up for you and give it that vintage wood look for better aesthetics . Available in ash, bamboo, ebony, or walnut finishes, they're cut from single pieces of veneer and attach easily with peel and stick adhesive backing.

Inspired by honestly made wooden furniture, which makes for a powerful, beautiful computer. Wen buying a computer you usually can go for the look or for the upgrade capabilities but with the Volta V Computer you get both. Its uni-body chassis is cut from American hardwood, precision-machined, and then assembled and finished by hand. The components inside are laid out on a single level, protected by a magnetically-attached lid that makes upgrades and repairs easy. And its 5.5-inch height makes it not only ideal as a monitor stand but also lets you store your keyboard underneath. Available with a wide range of components, and with your choice of a bamboo or walnut case. Check out Volta V to get more info
Every year Pantone reveals the color of the year and this year it is: Greenery 15-0343. The color they pick sets the tone for the year ahead, predicting trends in fashion, interiors, advertising, and pretty much everything else involving amazing colors.
Greenery is intended to symbolize a ‘new beginning’, representing what Pantone sees ‘taking place in our global culture’.
It’s a ‘fresh and zesty yellow-green shade’ with connections to nature and fresh starts. Which feels appropriate given how much we want to hit refresh on all the gloom and doom of the year of 2016.
So, where is the stand or speakers on this TV? The Sony XBR-A1E Bravia OLED TV being Sony's first OLED set — eight million self-illuminating pixels, incredible viewing angles, HDR support, and insane black levels — this new TV takes advantage of what's unique about the technology. Like other OLED sets, it's extremely thin, but instead of hiding all the guts in a box underneath, or protruding from the back, it hides its powerful processors, inputs, and a sub-woofer in a folding kickstand. As for speakers, it uses the entire screen itself to emit sound, creating a unification of image and audio normally only see in theaters. Available in 55, 65, and 75-inch models.
